Geoengineering: they spray the sky with chemicals (not the contrails they pretend they are) and use microwave tech (HAARP) to heat the air up to shift clouds around. Can be seen if you look up, straight clouds or lines in the clouds are not normally natural clouds! Often they sprinkle a light white layer, once its spread out they will zap it, you will see a ripple effect, like dropping a stone in water, these are microwave signals from multiple radio transmitters (large feild of them pumping Megawatts at the atmosphere). You can work out the direction they have the base (near Auckland, near Blenhiem, another near Invercargille and they also reach NZ from Australia or warships rigged to send out microwave signals. Think metal in a microwave oven!
When zapped from 2 directions they chop up the clouds into popcorn looking & these srink as they get heated up (air expands), clouds can disapare from view.. you may notice the wind blows away from the zapped area, so as they zap section by section across the sky you will feel the breeze change direction! Then back again after they move further away.. as a result the dumped chemicals (dark clouds) can be dragged along behind the heated areas and moved over cities etc! If a blocking beam is in place you will see a straight line of dark on one side, clear blue sky on the other side.. also the air can be heated in a big circle, round and round to generate cyclone storms!
Note: Crown-Janine has put commercial airlines on notice (and some companies into liquidation) for their role in geoengineering, planes spraying chemicles as they fly between airports have been observed. However the big military planes seen dumping truckloads of chemicals (back and forth to cover a larger area). These big planes have no markings and probably flying in from overseas (often seen dumping over the Tasman sea or less populated areas of New Zealand).
HAARP: High-frequecy Active Auroral Reseach Program, initially was owned and run by the University of Alaska Fairbanks Geophysical Institute and they pretend its harmless.. they have the ability to make storms, tornadoes and much more! These stations have been setup world wide, can be mobile like on warships too.
